The well-being of our learning community is essential to who we are as a regional school district.  In order to be empowered to thrive and contribute as global citizens, one’s well-being must be at the heart of this work.  Well-being is defined in RSD13 as positive emotion, engagement, positive relationships, meaning and accomplishment. This definition is based on the research on happiness and well-being conducted by Martin Seligman at the University of Pennsylvania. We believe that students and staff alike can enhance and sustain well-being in Regional School District 13.
