Ms.Freeman’s Class -P 2- Lyman School

Students working on their arts goals

Twice a week, students in our class have a 45 minute “goals time” to work on an arts or technology goal of their choice. One of those times is during chorus, so chorus members might have only one time during the week when they can work on their goal in the classroom. If other required assignments are done with time left over, that time can also be used to work on an arts or technology goal. Goal choices might include a drawing goal (landscape, face, figure or animal), a composing goal using Garage Band, learning to touch type using the Paws computer program, eraser printing or calligraphy. Students not in chorus have two goals they have picked to work on, from Dec.-Mar. and Mar.-June.
