Physical Education Challenge Number One:  Do 50 jumping jacks, 50 jump ups, and 50 curl ups in one day.  Once you complete the challenge have your parents sign a piece of paper stating that you have successfully finished the challenge and bring it into Mr. Edwards.
Physical Education Challenge Number Two:  Get a balloon and hit it up in the air 50 times in row without it hitting floor. Once you complete the challenge have your parents sign a piece of paper stating that you have successfully finished the challenge and bring it into Mr. Edwards.  
Physical Education Challenge Number Three:  Exercise for 30 minutes in one day.  Once you complete the challenge have your parents sign a piece of paper stating that you have successfully finished the challenge and bring it into Mr. Edwards.  
The first 50 students who turn in a completed challenge get a prize.
Health Challenge Number One:   Draw the food pyramid and label each food group.  Make sure to include three pictures of a food for each food group on your drawing.  When you have completed this task bring your written answers to either Mr. Edwards or Ms. Bryden.
