May Happenings

Voting on Regional School District 13's Budget in on May 8th at Korn School.

The entire Korn School Community is going to see "Chimpanzee" a Disney Nature series movie on May 1st. This film ties into the third and fourth grade classrooms study of ecosystems.

The fourth graders are culminating their study of Colonial Times by having a Docent from Plimoth Plantation comes to Korn on May 4th, their trip to Plymouth, MA is scheduled for May 18th and on the 22nd they will turn Korn's gym into a Colonial Village for Colonial Day.

Fourth grade parents are invited to an Information Night at Memorial School on May 2nd  at 7:00PM.  Students will travel to Memorial School on the 15th of May for Step-Up  Day. They will spend the morning there and return by noon.

Third graders are finishing the study of their communities.  Miss Bruch, Miss Kling and Mrs. Eames classes will tour Middlefield's historical sites and government buildings on May 2nd . The entire third grade class will walk to the Durham Green on May 29th visit Durham's.

The last Movie Frenzy of the year is on May 11th.  Students will see "Monsters Inc".

Korn School Band and Chorus Concert is on Wednesday, May 30th at 6:30 PM at CRHS auditorium.
