All students are encouraged to make appointments with their counselors. Parents should feel free to contact us for any issues or concerns that may affect your child's success. The direct line to guidance is 349-7221. Please don't hesitate to call.

For individual academic concerns, feel free to email your child's teacher directly. Teacher emails consist of the teacher's first initial, last name @ rsd13.org. For example, a typical address would be jdoe@rsd13.org.

In addition, we are joined by School Social Worker, Mrs. Bottini, and School Psychologist, Ms. DellaCamera, who provide support for students and are advisors of the Peer Mentor program. The Peer Mentor program matches an upper classman with several incoming freshmen or "new to the District" students. Peer Mentors will be meeting with their students monthly during homeroom to offer assistance and advice for a successful transition to CRHS.

Program of Studies
SY 2008-2009
POS

At the beginning of the second semester we will begin our course registration process for the following school year. The guidance staff meest with our District eighth-graders to explain the process to them and give each student a course selection book. The high school teachers and guidance counselors conduct a series of sessions with our ninth, tenth and eleventh graders explaining options and answering questions regarding the course registration process. The High School and Middle School will then have a “Course Selection Day” when teacher recommendations will be made, choices finalized and entered into the computer system.

The CRHS Program of Studies is available online by clicking on the image above.
