Second Day of School for Students:  September3, 2010

Students are to report to Day B1 (first block) at 7:25 a.m.

Student's Emergency Card, Free & Reduced Lunch form, whether or not you qualify if you are the youngest child in the family, theInsurance Form, etc must be returned. during Homeroom to the Advisory Period Teacher.

Attendance: Just a reminder to call the front office in

the morning (860-349-7215) if your child will be absent or tardy and follow up with a written note on their return to school.

GREAT NEWS regarding limited parking space   ~ 

Seniors & Juniors with a current SY10-11 parking pass will be able to park in the lined, roped off area on Pickett Lane between the softball field and Korn School parking lot.

Student Parking Fee SY10-11: $25

Student Activity Fee SY10-11 : $40

Just a reminder to be sure the activity fee for clubs and sports is paid before participation begins. Check out the Activities section under For Students to see the list of activities which are required to pay the activity fee.

Get Acquainted Night will be held onTues., Sept. 21st, from 6:30-9:00 p.m. Parents should report to their child's DAY A1 Block classfor Principal's Remarks. Classes will begin promptly at 6:40 p.m. It is essential to bring a copy of your child's schedule with you to know what room and class to report to for each block.
