- No new program or service will be accepted unless it is consistent
with the Strategic Plan, benefits clearly exceed costs, and provisions

costs and it continues to make positive contributions to the mission.
- All curricula will reflect diverse perspectives and embed lifelong

- Empower the District Technology Committee to coordinate

- Manage student information electronically throughout
the District.
- Automate library card catalogs and circulation systems
in all schools for improved resource management and
sharing.

- All students will demonstrate consistent practice of our Core
Ethical Values of respect, responsibility, honesty, kindness, and
courage.
- Each student will attain or exceed the Proficient level on the
CMT/CAPT while the percentage of students at the Goal and Advanced
levels increases annually.
- All students will meet or exceed District lifelong learning standards.

| Deeply rooted in all the strategies detailed
in this document is the belief that an intensified effort in staff
training and development will be necessary to drive the changes we
propose. The District is committed to providing the necessary staff
training to guarantee the Strategic Plan's success. |
