ensure the medical safety of District #13 students, certain
requirements are necessary for the transportation and administration

State law requires
complete primary immunizations of our students. District #13
requires these immunizations in 6th grade and 10th grade. State
law also mandates immunization against Hepatitis B and Varicella
(chicken pox) prior to entry into 7th grade. Click here for more
