From Hartford and points north:
Take Interstate 91 south to exit 22S (RT 9 south). Follow RT 9 south to exit for RT 17 south. Take left at end of ramp onto RT 17 south. Follow RT 17 into Durham, passing intersection with RT 68. Just ahead, you will pass the Strong School on the left. Take a left onto Pickett Lane, just past Strong Middle School. The high school is on the right of the drive in the back, Korn Elementary School is the smaller school on your left. The Superintendent's Office is located immediately to the left and adjacent to the high school.

From New York and points west:
Take Interstate 95 east to exit 62. At end of ramp, turn right onto the Hammonassett Connector, which will merge with RT 79 north. RT 79 becomes RT 17 north. Just before Strong Middle School on the right, turn right onto Pickett Lane. The high school is on the right of the drive in the back, Korn Elementary School is the smaller school on your left. The Superintendent's Office is located immediately to the left and adjacent to the high school.

From New London and points east:

From points north or south via Interstate 91:
I-91 from Hartford or New Haven to Wallingford, exiting at RT 68 -Exit 15 marked Durham/Yalesville. From north, turn left at the end of the ramp onto RT 68. Follow RT 68 all the way to end (and traffic light). Turn right onto RT 17. One quarter mile from the traffic light is Strong Middle School.

From points north or south via Route 9:
From RT 9, exit in Middletown on RT 17. Follow RT 17 all the way into Durham to third traffic light. Go past light. Turn right onto RT 17. One quarter mile from the traffic light is Strong Middle School.

From RT 84 to RT 72
Exit off RT 72 on RT 9. Turn right onto RT 17. One quarter mile from the traffic light is Strong Middle School.

From Interstate 84 east and west:
Take RT 691 exit. Follow RT 691 east to end of expressway (RT 66 east). Trun right onto RT 147 (Baileyville Road). Follow to RT 17. Turn right onto RT 17 south and follow to intersection with RT 68. Turn right onto RT 17. One quarter mile from the traffic light is Strong Middle School.

From points north or south via Interstate 91:
From Interstate 91, take RT 691 East (to RT 66). Follow RT 66 east until you come to an Agway store. Just past the Agway store, take a right at the cemetery to Peter's Lane. At second stop sign, go left onto Cedar Street. At next stop sign, go right onto Derby Road. At next stop sign, cross RT 157 onto Cherry Hill Road Take left at St. Coleman Church onto Hubbard Street. Memorial School is the first left after the church.

From RT 17, Middletown:
Take RT 17 south to Randolph Road. Take right onto Randolph Road. At next stop sign, take left onto Long Hill Road. Take next right onto Daniels Street and go to the end (You will pass Vinal Technical School on the right). At the next stop sign, go left onto Laurel Brook Road. At next stop sign, go right onto Rockfall Road (Rockfall Road becomes Hubbard Street). Memorial School is one mile on right.

From RT 17, Durham:
Next to Dairy Mart, take RT 147. Go right onto Cherry Hill RD. At first stop sign, take right onto Hubbard Street. Memorial School is on the left after ST. Colemans Church.

From Hartford and points north:
Take Interstate 91 south. Take exit 20S (Country Club Road). Turn left off exit and go over highway. Follow Country Club Road up hill. At Moody School, turn right onto Higby Road and follow to RT 66. Turn right onto RT 66 and go west 1 mile to RT 147 (across from Guida's Restaurant). Turn left onto RT 147 and follow for 1.2 miles. Turn left onto Way Road. Follow Way Road up short hill, John Lyman Elementary School is on left.

From New York and points west:
Take Interstate 91 to exit 18 north (stay in the right hand lane). Follow RT 66 east to RT 147 (across from Guida's Restaurant). Turn right onto RT 147. Follow RT 147 for 1.2 miles. Turn left onto Way Road. Follow Way Road up short hill, John Lyman Elementary School is on left.

From Route 9:
Washington Street exit (Wesleyan University, Middletown). Follow RT 66 west to RT 147 (about 5 miles, across from Guida's Restaurant). Turn left onto RT 147 and follow for 1.2 miles. Turn left onto Way Road. Follow Way Road up short hill, John Lyman Elementary School is on left.

From Madison:
Take RT 79 to RT 17 in Durham. Follow RT 17 to the Dairy Mart. Take left onto RT 147 (follow signs to RT 91 at Peckham Field). you will come to Lake Beseck on your left. Take a right onto Way Road across from Rover's Lodge. John Lyman Elementary School is at the top of the hill on your left.

Take Interstate 95 north to Interstate 91 north. Take exit 15 off Interstate 91and take right onto RT 68. Follow RT 68 to Tuttle Road on right. Brewster Elementary School is on left.

From New London and points east:
Take Interstate 95 east to exit 62. At end of ramp, turn left onto the Hammonassett Connector, which will merge with RT 79 north. RT 79 becomes RT 17 north. At instersection of RT 68, take left onto RT 68. Follow RT 68 to Tuttle Road on left. Brewster Elementary School is on left.
