A: The messages come so early because some staff have a great distance to travel and are leaving from home by 5:30 a.m. Our high school buses are on the road by 6:15 a.m. and drivers need to be notified before they leave home.
Q: Why does the message go from my home phone to my cell phone?
A: The message will go to every device listed until you confirm by hitting 1. Once you confirm, the system is stopped.
Q: If I need to make a change in my information, how long does it take to be updated in the system?
A: District staff review change requests on a weekly basis and update the system at that time.
