We recognize that the ability to assess learning is critical to sustaining a high quality educational system. At the school and district levels, we examine data at aggregate and disaggregate levels to understand group and individual student performance relative to class, school, district, national assessments and other similar groups. Data is used to inform classroom instruction and provide insights on the alignment of our curriculum and instruction. Our analysis is grounded in identifying what works - in order to enhance and build upon strengths - and identifying areas that may need to be targeted for further study or additional resources.
